Alresford Jelly at the Globe on the Lake – September 2013
The Alresford Jelly meets monthly on the first Tuesday at the Globe on the Lake. If you have inadvertently bumped in to this post, you may be wondering what a Jelly is? It’s a small business event where people gather for a few hours to work. Ideally in a venue that gives you the space for free, serves food and drink, and has free WiFi. It’s an “office alone” day out.
Today the range of attendees was as broad as you can get: an HR consultant, an eco transport adviser, an herpetologist and me. At previous events we have been joined by: web designers, marketing consultants, chalkboard manufacturers, dating for yachts people, cycle tours, cleaning companies, milliners, …………… Anyone is welcome.
There is another regular Jelly which I attend in Winchester at the tennis club on the last Tuesday of the month. Next one is 24th September.
