During 2002 and 2003, Andrew Wilcox delivered seminars and training courses on behalf of a third party. The purpose of the seminars was to update MindManager users of the new functionality available in MindManager 2002, the Plus Pack and the various add/plug ins that can be used with MindManager 2002. He delivered MindManager Training to Wigan Local Authority and ran a number of Process Expert Professional - process mapping courses in Rugby.

Andrew Wilcox assisted Supply Chain Excellence in a joint bid for work with a major railway operator. The bid was to improve the purchasing for and the management of their engineering stores. Andrew has experience in this area having worked as an engineering manager in Unilever and Anchor Foods in Swindon for 20 years. His part of the bid was covering the various processes was prepared with MindManager. Business maps were supplied to the client as part of the bid.
