Andrew Wilcox is familiar with many techniques for managing projects and programmes. The following pages outline some of these. It is not essential to take the branding e.g. Prince2 or TPM into every project or programme but it is essential to have the building blocks these processes detail. No project or programme can be succesful without a management mandate, no improvement process works without tidying up first and installing a continuous improvement process.
